Every tier ships with a generous monthly invoice allowance. If you go over, overage is a flat AED 0.10/invoice — no surge pricing, no per-call API charges, no Peppol delivery fees on top.
Prefer to lock in costs? Annual prepay saves 20% and unlocks AED bank transfer. Enterprise customers can fix a per-tenant ceiling for the full fiscal year.

Is the 30-day trial really free?+
Yes. No card, no auto-renew. You get every feature for 30 days, capped at 100 invoices. If you do nothing on day 31, your tenant pauses — your data stays put for 90 days.
Is pricing per invoice or per tenant?+
Per tenant. Each tier has a generous monthly volume included. Above that, overage is AED 0.10/invoice — flat, no tiered surprises. If you outgrow a tier, just upgrade.
When do I have to be on a paid plan?+
You only need to be live before your FTA wave kicks in. Wave 1 (large taxpayers) is January 2027, Wave 2 mid-2027, Wave 3 late-2027. Most customers go paid in the same month they go live.
Do you charge extra for FTA reporting or Peppol delivery?+
No. PINT AE generation, XAdES-BES signing, FTA C5 reporting, and Peppol DCTCE dispatch are included on every paid tier — they are the product, not an add-on.
Are you FTA-accredited and a certified Peppol Access Point?+
Both accreditations are in progress. We are tracking to be Wave 1-ready by January 2027. We will publish certificate numbers on this page the moment they land.
Can I pay in AED by bank transfer?+
Yes. Standard and Business default to card, but annual prepay (20% off) is available by bank transfer in AED. Enterprise is invoiced quarterly or annually by default.
